To increase female labor force participation by empowering rural women entrepreneurs through access to resources, skills, markets, and networks in key value chains such as tea, handloom, solar energy, digital services, and livestock and strive to build an inclusive ecosystem that fosters dignity, resilience, and economic independence for women in Assam and West Bengal, and beyond.
