Programme Pillars

The Udyamini programme is visualised to work on three main pillars, all related to the overall development of the Rural Women Entrepreneurs (RWEs).

(i) Bottom up, it seeks to work on propelling each RWE as an individual, motivated, driven by passion and action to move forward and rise.

(ii) It seeks to work on the collective development and growth of the RWEs in key value chains as viable enterprises/networks of RWEs for collective bargaining, and leveraging.

(iii) It seeks to work in developing and strengthening RWE ecosystems at cluster levels locally and enable access to critical resources and support systems to thrive and succeed as viable rural enterprises and entrepreneurs.
