Formal / Trade Licenses
The Udyamini programme seeks to mainstream and formalise the RWEs with necessary licenses, registrations under relevant department and agencies. This will enable them to access critical resources, support and services from the government and financial institutions.

Access to Market
This is one of the priorities focus of the programme. Access to market for the RWEs are being enabled through – marketing skills (including direct marketing, online marketing); access to ONDC, online market platforms like Amazon; access to intermediary markets; and institutional market spaces for the RWEs.

Access to Skills & Training
Skilling and Training are a critical component of the programme towards enterprise development and promotion of the RWEs. This is a 360-degree support in all essential skills necessary to conduct offline and online businesses. Digital skilling is a major element in this.

Enterprise Development
The programme seeks to develop the RWE enterprises at individual and collective levels. This includes their enterprise management and governance streamlining, documentation, accounting processes and other essentials.

Counselling / Mentoring
Access to Counselling and Mentoring support and services is key to RWEs development. The programme seeks to provide this critical support through online and offline mode through an empanelled pool of counsellors and mentors (who are established entrepreneurs in different value chains).

Technology Support
Digital enterprise building is a priority need for RWEs today. The programme is supporting with need based digital skilling, training, solutions, platforms and tools as relevant for the RWEs to strengthen and promote their rural business products and services.

Clean Energy & DRE Services
Access to clean and green energy solutions is key to sustainable enterprise building. The RWEs are being supported to access relevant and cost-effective DRE solutions for their enterprise needs that can power their activities with renewable energy solutions and services, especially in the absence of reliable and sustained power supply in rural areas.

Access to Finance
This is one of the most critical needs of the RWEs. The programme is seeking to develop financial portfolios of the RWEs as relevant and applicable for them to access mainstream financial products and services. The programme also seeks to engage the FIs to design and support with affordable financial products for the RWEs, in different value chains.

Schemes Linkage
There are numerous schemes and services for the RWEs as designed and supported by relevant government agencies / departments and financial institutions. The programme is seeking to facilitate, support, encourage increased demand and uptake of these schemes by the RWEs to enhance their rural business.
